Play as three assassins in Assassin's Creed Nexus VR

At the Ubisoft Forward Showcase today, the game publisher announced a slew of exciting games coming to consoles, PC, and mobile devices. The company also announced Assassin's Creed Nexus VR, an original single-player VR game based on the popular stealth game series.

According to Ubisoft, you will have the opportunity to play three well-known assassins from the series. These include Ezio Auditore da Firenze (Assassin's Creed II, II: Discovery, Brotherhood and Revelations), Cassandra (Assassin's Creed Odyssey) ) and Connor (Assassin's Creed III).

“Become an Assassin in Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR. Become the legendary assassins Ezio Auditore da Firenze, Cassandra and Conn in this new Assassin’s Creed story built exclusively for VR. and decide how to reach your goals as you freely run and climb across free and open maps of Renaissance Italy, Colonial America, and Ancient Greece,” reads the official Meta Quest page.

The trailer shows off action-packed first-person combat, featuring a variety of easily identifiable weapons, such as Ezio's hidden dagger and Connor's battle axe. You'll use dynamic controllers to defend, parry, and attack, and you'll be able to navigate multiple open-world environments, including Venice, Athens, and colonial Boston. You can even throw items to distract enemies.

Assassin's Creed Nexus VR will be available for Meta Quest 2, Quest 3 and Quest Pro headsets in Holiday 2023. Interested users can go to Meta Quest to collect this game.
