Red 6 inks deal with RAF and National Security Assurance Innovation Fund to advance AR pilot training technology

NSSIF invests to help accelerate the UK Government's adoption of future national security and defense capabilities and grow the country's dual-use technology ecosystem. Through this investment, NSSIF will also support the integration of Red 6 with British Aerospace Systems Ltd (BAEs) Hawk aircraft.

Red 6 developed the Advanced Tactical Augmented Reality System (ATARS). It enables pilots to realistically experience the cognitive load of physically flying an aircraft, while capturing the synthetic value by putting them into a realistic, scalable simulated training environment.
