The Among Us VR on the“Polus Point”map next month launch

Developer Schell Games revealed today that Innersloth's popular social deduction gameAmong Us VRA new map will be launched next month.

这款原本于去年11月在Meta Quest,RiftandPC VRposted on the helmetAmong Us VRThe game requires players to cooperate to repair a starship and complete a series of tasks. Unless you're one of the crooks, it's your job to covertly impede the group's efforts, sabotage the ship, or murder other players.

Next month, players can experience a brand new map called "Polus Point." This latest map is inspired by the originalAmong UsInspired by the game's ice-covered planet Polus, this map presents a unique set of challenges whether you're a crew member or a hustler.

Polus Point will be free to players on Meta Quest, Rift, and PC VR headsets on July 27. Nonetheless, the developer will be running a public beta between June 29 at 10AM PT and July 3 at 10AM PT.

To get the beta on Meta helmets, go toAmong Us VRstore page and change the version from "LIVE" to "Beta" (you may need to reinstall the game). If you are using a PC VR headset, right click on theAmong Us VR, select "Properties", in the "BETAS" tab change the dropdown from "None" to "Beta" (you may need to quit and reopen Steam).
