Psychedelic Visions 202x Gets Limited Edition PSVR 2 Physical Release
Fantavision 202x will be available in physical form later this year, but in limited quantities.
Fantavision 202x, developed by Cosmo Machia, is a remake of the Sony PS2 puzzle game in which you need to catch fireworks of the same color. Previously limited to digital distribution, the game will now be released in two editions, each limited to 2,000 copies. In North America, the Standard Edition costs C$39.99 ($30) and can be found atVideo Games PlusBuy. In Europe, Red Art Games will publish "Deluxe Edition, comes with a wraparound carton cover, a double-sided PS2-style cover and a double-sided poster for €29.99 ($33).
Aside from subsequent games that added PSVR 2 support (such as Gran Turismo 7 and No Man's Sky), physical releases on PSVR 2 are not guaranteed. There have been some notable exceptions so far, including the PSVR 2's flagship title, Horizon: Call of the Mountain, which is only available digitally. Still, Fantavision 202x joins a growing list of physical releases, including The Ultimate Worker, Saints and Sinners - Chapter Two, and PublisherPerp Gamesmultiple releases.
Fantavision 202x is currently available on PS5, PSVR 2, and PC VR for $29.99. The physical version is expected to ship in Q3 2023 and is available for pre-order now.
