Akima Acquires Virtual Training Products Provider Pinnacle Solutions

Pinnacle was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, USA. The company offers a range of virtual training solutions, including aviation operations and maintenance services, flight operations and training services, and services to air, ground, unmanned and marine platforms. The company uses mixed reality on several of its training platforms to educate end users and maximize training effectiveness.

Akima said Pinnacle will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Akima and Tina Tucker will continue as the company's president.
