You may remember hearing about AmazeVR back in November of last year. It combines live 3D footage of the artist with an interactive virtual environment for Megan Thee Stallion's VR-only concert "Enter Thee Hottieverse". However, it looks like this new AmazeVR concert app will be the company's primary platform for future immersive concert experiences. It debuted an 'Enter Thee Hottieverse' concert, a VR concert by ceraadi and a brand new evening by Zara Larsson featuring songs like Lush Life, Symphony, Can't Tame Her and End of Time .
Zara Larsson said in a prepared statement: "I have always believed in the power of live music to unify and transcend boundaries. As an artist, finding new connections with my fans provides a truly immersive and unforgettable experience It's very important to me."
As for future plans, AmazeVR's press release mentions that upcoming concerts will cover a variety of genres, including pop, rock, K-pop, hip-hop, and rap, with an aespa girl group concert soon to follow.
While the app itself is free to download, each artist is limited to one song for free. For Zara Larsson's concerts, a year of access can be purchased for $6.99.
