Undercover 2 Coming to PSVR 2

In 2023, the best PC VR games of the past few years will come to PlayStation VR2.

Confirmed at today's Perp Games VR Showcase, Vertigo 2 will be available on PSVR 2 headsets in March this year after its exclusive SteamVR release. The announcement also highlights an upcoming extra feature in the level editor, allowing custom textures to be imported. After beating the game, three alternate characters with different playstyles will also be unlocked.

Vertigo 2 is a captivating action-adventure VR game from 22-year-old creator and sole developer Zach Ziakalis-Brown. Inspired by Valve classics Half-Life and Portal, Ziakalis-Brown takes a VR-first approach to game design and has a satisfying creative arsenal throughout the 18-chapter boss campaign.

When we interviewed Ziakalis-Brown back in April, he was very interested in bringing Vertigo 2 to the PSVR 2 platform. He confirmed that talks with Sony had been held, but there were no "concrete plans" to discuss at the time.

Now, three months later, it looks like those talks have morphed into more concrete facts. Vertigo 2 will be an absolutely fantastic addition to the PSVR 2 library - and in our review of the PC VR version, we noted that it's one of the best VR games in recent memory. Launching such a sprawling, campaign-driven game on PSVR 2 will have a huge impact on the platform.

Vertigo 2 is coming to PSVR 2 later this year, and we'll keep an eye out for more details in the coming months. You can check out our review of the Vertigo 2 below.
