Void Room的程序生成体验终于通过Steam和Meta Quest的App LabexistPC VRPosted on

After years of development, The Void Room's room-scale VR game God of Tea is finally launching on Meta Quest and PC VR headsets.

In this unique VR experience, players use their own feet to traverse a series of impossible environments while battling robotic enemies. All content is procedurally generated, meaning every playthrough is different. Enemies and traps will appear in different locations, the environment will change, and more.

What makes this game memorable, however, is its unique locomotion system. Instead of navigating with a joystick (although that option is still available), you navigate the virtual environment by moving your body through real space. God of Tea takes into account the amount of space you have available and uses non-Euclidean geometry to create physically impossible environments.

Here's the game's official description: "In the distant future, humanity is united and ruled by the Emperor God. With advanced technology, we have reached the stars, colonized new worlds, and fought countless civilizations."

"A man who has lost his family, blames the Emperor God for their deaths, and searches for answers and revenge, embarks on his final journey to a place no human has ever left alive, where the Emperor God is believed to reside."

According to the game's developer, Void Room, this latest release boasts several different game modes that offer different gaming experiences depending on your mood. You can wander around and enjoy the scenery, fight enemies like an arcade shooter, or immerse yourself in a shooter-like experience.

Jarek Ciupiński of The Void Room said in a Reddit thread: "It all started with an idea for VR movement. And many different inspirations." The game changed along the way, and that's not where it ended. I will continue to develop God of Tea, adding new content and most importantly the endless mode. "

We've been huge fans of God of Tea since we tested the demo game years ago, and we're even more excited that more players will have the opportunity to experience this truly one-of-a-kind immersive experience. From the unique storyline to the revolutionary movement mechanics and abstract environment design, God of Tea is a must-play game.
