The original trailer was uploaded to YouTube, showing off new PSVR 2 footage of Green Hell and revealing an August 15th release date, but the video has since been made private. However, before the original video disappeared, someoneA copy of this trailer was uploaded on other channels.
Green Hell VR is already out on Quest and PC VR, but each platform has a slightly different version of the game, with the former modified to work better within the constraints of the standalone system.
In April, Incuvo announced plans to add four-player co-op to Green Hell VR on existing platforms, as well as the Spirit of the Amazon DLC, which was first released on the flat-screen version.
At the same time, Incuvo made it clear that the PSVR 2 version of Green Hell VR would be based primarily on the Quest version, not the PC VR version. However, the studio also notes that the PSVR 2 version will feature PC VR-level graphics as well as PlayStation-specific features like improved haptic feedback.
We look forward to returning to the jungle on PSVR 2 later this month.
