The PlayStation Store leaderboards for July 2023 are out now, and there's a new champion in the PSVR 2 download leaderboard.
Sony's monthlyPlayStation Blogannounced the top 10 download rankings for each active PlayStation Store platform. There aren't many surprises in the June 2023 leaderboard,Beat SaberNo. 1 in both Europe and North America, followed byPavlov, Job Simulator and Hubris. However, the popular rhythm game couldn't hold onto that title.
Arguably the most high-profile new VR game last month, Synapse, debuted at No. 1. Developed by nDreams. The shooter garnered high praise in our Recommended review, calling it "a strong entry in the PlayStation VR2 library that any FPS fan should buy."
Unusually, PSVR 2 had the exact same top 6 rankings for July in Europe and North America. Beat Saber followed, as did Pavlov, Moss: Book 2, Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge, and Job Simulator. The rankings of other games this month are Hubris, Walkabout Mini Golf, Kayak VR: Mirage,Creed: Rise to Glory, Switchback VR, and Swordsman VR.
