Next month, Trebuchet's fantasy multiplayer game Broken Edge is coming to PSVR 2.
"Broken Edge" is a 1v1 battle game with single-player offline and online multiplayer modes. The game features eight playable characters, with a ninth "Samurai" character coming soon. Unlike most VR fighting games, "Broken Edge" focuses more on strategy than brute force, and players must destroy the opponent's weapon before killing the opponent.
We loved Broken Edge in our review last year, praising its tough but strategic gameplay and colorful visuals.
Between its unique visuals and strategic gameplay, Broken Edge is an enjoyable 1v1 fighting game. There's a surprising depth to the game's deceptively simple multiplayer experience, and the process of winning is deeply satisfying. If you just want a colorful action game, I suggest you look elsewhere, but Trebuchet's latest game will reward patience.
"Broken Edge" will land on the PSVR 2 platform on September 19th, priced at $14.99, providing a pre-order discount of 33%. Additionally, the game is now available inMeta QuestAvailable for download on the platform and SteamVR.
