Developed by vTime Games and published by renowned studio Team17, Frontier Robots is coming to PSVR 2 and PC VR devices later this month.
The game will be launched on PlayStation and SteamVR on September 28, bringing players a cute robot border patrol game full of wisdom and humor.
Part Career Simulator, part Cocktail Maker, we played Frontier Bots last month and rated it highly. The parts we've played so far have shown an extremely high level of production, full of clever detail and compelling gameplay that builds up pressure as the levels progress.
The main scene of Border Robot is set at a border checkpoint in a futuristic city, and you, as a human worker, will examine the robot and decide whether to let it go. You need to keep an eye out for odd physical features, prohibited models, incorrect form details or other anomalies, stamp √ or X on border forms against robots, and let them move on.
Frontier will be released on PSVR 2 and PC VR devices on September 28, with a release for the Quest headset set for "early next year." You can learn more about the game in our preview of last month's game below.
