Today's event on SteamVR blends magic and Lovecraft in Unity Farm

"Unity Farm Incident" is available on Steam for early access, combining magic and horror elements.

Developed by Titan1Studios, Unity Farm is inspired by the stories of H.P. Lovecraft and the point-and-click adventure games of the 90s. This VR game combines elements of adventure, dark fantasy and "steampunk" and focuses on Ruth Bowie, a shy girl from a family of mysterious scientists. Sent back in time to prevent a catastrophe, you'll use magic to defeat enemies, solve puzzles, and improve your abilities as you progress through the game.

In the full version, Unity Farm Event promises 10-12 hours of story content, four main bosses, eight mini-bosses, additional spells and combo skills, more locations, and a greatly expanded Arena mode.

Players must solve the mystery of what happened to a ghostly girl named Alis in order to prevent a multi-crime disaster. By using the logs inherited from their ancestors, mastering the ability to cast physical magic, solving unique puzzles, and collecting materials to improve their skills, players will experience a unique open-world VR game that combines survival and RPG elements with shooters. Spell combat combines and places you in an ever-expanding story universe, battling a variety of demon soul-like creatures and persistent enemies.

"Unity Farm Incident" is available in the early access version of SteamVR today, and the official release will be in the first quarter of 2025. Press release confirms plans to launchPSVR 2 Version. In the FAQ, Titan1Studios suggests that the early access version will be sold at a "special discounted price," while the price of the full version of the game "will be moderately increased."
