MetaMeta bundles its fitness service Supernatural with a new Quest 2 or Quest 3 system purchased from getsupernatural.com for $49.99.
Supernatural is kind of like a fitness-focused Beat Saber, and until last month it was $19 for a monthly subscription and $180 for an annual membership. The VR-based fitness program worked so well as a standalone service that Meta acquired the startup in 2021, prompting an FTC challenge that was ultimately resolved earlier this year.
Just a few weeks ago, Meta dropped the price of Supernatural to $9.99 per month or $100 per year. The service offers top-notch music paired with custom rhythm maps designed to easily track fitness achievements with professional coaching and a mobile app.
Right now, a new Quest 2 or Quest 3 system will come with one year of Supernatural service and 128GB of storage for $49.99. Quest 2 is priced at $350, and Quest 3 is priced at $550. Packages are priced as low as $32 per month with one-year payments using Affirm's lending plans. Supernatural's promotional documentation notes that this is less than the cost of most gym memberships.
Additionally, Meta is offering its big-budget project Asgard's Wrath 2 for free with the purchase of Quest 3, valid until January 27, and confirmed that this offer stacks with Supernatural's offer. Meta is also offering a Quest 3 headset with a 512GB XR2 Gen 2 chip paired with a half-year subscription to Quest+, and we've asked if a combo sale is possible.
