Schell Games has released a new gameplay demo trailer for Silent Killer: Ruins of the Vampire, which is coming to Quest next year.
今年六月,在Meta Debuting at the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase this past June, Silent Killer: Ruins of the Vampire marks the beginning of Schell Games' first horror VR game. According to a press release from Schell Games, the game is a "suspenseful single-player scare game" that has players defeating a group of powerful, ancient vampires and opening coffins silently to avoid awakening their sleeping inhabitants.
"Players must carefully use a variety of tools to disarm the coffin's defenses, creating the perfect opportunity to pierce the heart of their undead foe," Schell Games explained in a press release. While the game offers unique tools for players to use, only a stab through the heart will end a vampire's life, and a single mistake will result in the player's immediate death.
"After the success of the I Wish You Dead series and Among Us VR, our team began exploring other ways to create suspenseful VR experiences," Schell Games CEO Jesse Schell said in a prepared statement. "A small team created a prototype about quietly opening a vampire's coffin, and the few times we were scared out of our minds and hearts while playing it, we immediately realized it would be an amazing game."
