What is Meta Quest commercial use?

Meta Quest for Business is a subscription service that provides special enterprise-grade features and customer support. For example, the service supports managing VR headsets at the user, application and device levels.

The main goal is to keep the company safe and increase the productivity of departments and teams. For example, you can use the Management Center to assign different usage rights for the Meta Quest headset.

There is a difference between an individual and a team. In shared mode, multiple people can access a device using one PIN code. No need to log into a Meta account. Administrators determine which applications are available.

Enterprise-level support

As you would expect from a business solution, Meta provides a high level of customer service. It is divided into two levels: Standard and Plus. Both levels offer a comprehensive self-service help area and 24/7 access to support via support tickets.

In the standard package, availability is limited to weekdays. Plus customers can also access the service on weekends, with additional channels including live chat. Ticket response time reduced from 24 hours to 4 hours Plus package.
