The goal of this team is to streamline workforce training, enhance practice readiness and improve patient safety through XR technology. They noted that OMS's XR training program reduces personnel and equipment costs by 74% compared to traditional training methods, helping to ease the burden on educational institutions and health systems when it is needed most.

For the Series A round, OMS will continue to expand to includeAI, and further support customers in building their own content. This investment will also strengthen R&D efforts to ensure that OMS remains at the forefront of healthcare training innovation.

According to the report, OMS currently provides over 35,000 simulations per month and achieves results that are as effective as leading physical training methods, but is able to save 741 TP3T compared to traditional training.

Frog Capital stated "Recruiting, training, and retaining healthcare professionals at scale is key to solving the workforce crisis in the healthcare industry, and we were impressed with the team at OMS and the way they are using cutting-edge software to address this issue. Their immersive healthcare training solutions drive progressive change in quality, productivity and cost efficiency for healthcare systems and patients worldwide."

For its part, OMS commented, "This investment marks a milestone for OMS. It allows us to rapidly scale our team while staying true to our vision and values. This funding is not just an investment in OMS, this is also an investment in every healthcare professional we train. We are on an incredible journey, and it's just beginning."
