Soundscape, described as a "musical meta-universe experience," will arrive next week.PC VR.
Soundscape was developed by Groove Science Studios to create a musical meta-universe. The game was built using Lumen, a dynamic global lighting and reflection system based on Unreal Engine 5. Soundscape promises to offer performances by several exclusive artists from Deadmau5, Evanescence, Slash and more.
In a press release, the studio said its intent is to simulate "interactive audiovisual environments similar to music festivals." The game features multiple virtual worlds, customizable characters, and more. Players can also interact with an integrated audio responseAISoundscape also comes with an "experimental psychedelic music shooter" called Soundtag.
"We have a vision at Soundscape of a meta-universe that amplifies human creativity and art through powerful immersive technology." Eric Alexander, CEO and founder of Soundscape, said. "The Metaverse offers us the opportunity to create new experiences, new art forms, that go beyond anything we've experienced before."
Soundscape will be available exclusively on Steam on January 23rd for $39.99 with VR support.
