Pride Now! New mode to access Arena via PSVR 2 and Steam

First released for PC VR in 2022, Hubris puts you in the role of an astronaut traveling through a strange alien world, searching for missing members of the OOO (Objective Order) while eliminating enemies. Following previous updates and ports, the new Patch 3.0 introduces a brand new mode in which you must survive several rounds against the Uron invaders.

Playable through three difficulty levels, the mode takes place outside of the main story, adding new upgrades and weapons like grenades.Cyborn confirmed that they plan to expand the Arena mode by "allowing players to experiment with combinations of upgrades, adding more maps, and potentially more enemy types." However, the current focus is on refining what's already there by gathering player feedback.

in ourPC VR ReviewIn the middle, we liked Hubris. while we enjoyed the action-adventure game and praised the presentation, we criticized the enemy AI and the lack of variety in combat, even though the 1.2 update aims to address these issues.

The game excels in some areas, such as visuals and well-designed mechanics, but is mediocre in others (such as combat and storyline). Aside from the gorgeous graphics, Hubris may not make a strong impression, but it's still a fun enough standard action-adventure shooter to keep you playing until the end.
