Previously, the game only had two maps and an early version of the Social Lounge, while this new update allows you to find friends in custom games. Two new maps - Broken Bunker and Last Resort - replace the original maps. Finally, the lounge adds a new area, changes the tutorial, and makes performance/balancing adjustments.
We praised Mannequin at Gamescom Cologne 2023. In testing the previous beta, we found it to be a "truly engaging" multiplayer game.
While current technology limits making different poses, the core concept of the game is something we've never seen before in VR. Even though it borrows from the prop-hunting mechanic, there's still enough variation and novelty in adapting it to VR to hopefully give it enough depth as well.
