Soul Covenant, the narrative virtual reality action role-playing game developed by Thirdverse, is coming to most major VR platforms next month.
Developed by Thirdverse (X8, Altair Breaker), Soul Pact is a sci-fi action-oriented game that encompasses a crumbling Japan, where you'll face off against a genocidal legion of "Deus Ex Machina" led by a ruthless AI through the "Rebirth Program", which infuses the memories of the Sages into their avatars. The game promises to present a story that explores death and rebirth, and can be played solo or in four-player co-op with a friend.
We previewed Soul Contract at Tokyo Game Show 2023 and were favorably impressed. While we noted that the game's opening offers an "almost overwhelming amount of information," we believe that Soul Contract offers a "captivating sci-fi action world that immerses you the moment you put on the headset."
