The Information: Tencent agency Quest S/Lite's cooperation still in progress

However, in a new report, The Information notes that Tencent and Meta's Quest headset agency partnership is still moving forward. Not only that, but the headset they're working on is a lower-priced version of the Quest 3, which is expected to be released at this year's Concet conference, the rumored Quest 3 S/Lite.

According to the report, the structure of the partnership between Tencent and Meta is that Tencent will sell Quest headsets in China and provide related support, and the two companies will work together to localize Quest Store content. In addition, Meta will have a higher share of revenue from hardware sales, while Tencent will have a higher share of revenue from content and services, such as software subscriptions and game sales.

Neither Tencent nor Meta have commented on the reports so far.
